SDB-006
SDB-006, also called N-benzyl-1-pentyl-1H-indole-3-carboxamide, is closely related to SDB-001, so called ‘2NE1’. Its molecular formula is C21H24N2O, and its ?max is 218,291 nm. Its stability is rated at approximately 2 years.
SDB-006 is one of the indole family of a cannabimimetic compounds. It works to bind the central (CB1) cannabinoid receptors with an EC50 value of 19 nM and the peripheral (CB2) cannabinoid receptors an EC50 of 134 nM.
It was discovered during research of the related compound JWH 018, also called adamantyl carboxamide. JWH-018 itself is was developed as an analgesic. It is a member of the naphthoylindole family of chemicals, and is a potent agonist of the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors in humans. JWH-018 gained notoriety as the active ingredient in many synthetic cannabis blends, which are often sold as incense.
Dosages, presuming a lack of acquired tolerance:
Threshold: Approx 1 mg
Light: 1 to 2 mg
Standard: 2.5 to 3 mg
Strong: 3.5 to 4 mg
Heavy: 5+ mg
Duration, one to two hours, as follows:
Onset: 10 to 20 minutes
Peak: 15 minutes to 1 hour
Offset: Approx. 1 hour
Afterglow: 30 to 45 minutes
