UR-144 is a synthetic cannabinoid which is derived from incense blends, and was originally developed by the American pharmaceuticals company, Abbott Laboratories.

Acting as a full agonist to the cannabinoid receptor CB2, it is closely related to substances such as A-796,260 and A-834,735, and is a useful chemical to have on board when undertaking studies into the affinity and competitive binding of comparable CB2 agonists.
