BUTYRFENTANYL

BUTYRFENTANYL (hydrochloride) binds the μ-opioid receptor with lower affinity compared to fentanyl (IC50s = 60 versus 2 nM and Kis = 32 versus 1.06 nM, respectively).1 It has been identified as one of several process impurities from a forced degradation study on fentanyl.2 This product is intended for forensic and research applications
